Senior New Product Development Engineer for Trauma & Extremities: Design and develop innovative solutions for orthopaedic and Trauma applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex concepts and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead technical aspects of projects
- Review and oversee adjacent project efforts
- Lead technical aspects of program pipeline
- Maintain and improve engineering methods and practices
- Train and mentor regarding established engineering best practices
- Perform holistic problem analysis
- Design and implement solutions to address identified problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, preferably Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Product design experience in Orthopaedics in the medical device industry or related Engineering/Manufacturing industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership of technical work groups
- Experience in design controls and risk management within a regulated industry
- Experience with a parametric CAD design package
