We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Qualified Actuary to join a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services as a Senior Non-life Manager – Risk Consulting. This position is based in Dublin City Centre. This position would suit a Qualified Actuary with several years post-qualified experience ideally in a non-life /reinsurance or non-life consultancy position. Previous experience in the following is advantageous, IFRS 17, Solvency II, Financial Reporting and Capital and Risk Management. About the Senior Non-life Manager– Risk Consulting role Duties for this role include (but are not limited to): Delivery and management of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects, both internally and externally. Lead client interactions and build market profile. Drive the production of client deliverables while assisting and managing junior colleagues. Identify Client specific needs while positively promoting strategy services and values. Actuarial Skills required Our client is looking to find a Qualified Actuary with several years relevant experience in a non-life role. Candidates must ideally have experience of the following: Working experience of IFRS 17. Excellent technical skills with an awareness of the challenges facing the non- life insurance industry. Flexible and pragmatic individual. Leading a team Disciplined with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong written, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
