Medforce, a proud provider of recruitment services to the HSE are delighted to announce that we are currently hiring for Three Staff Grade Occupational Therapists and One Senior Occupational Therapist to join an Adults Primary Care Team in Dublin West. Dublin West is composed of x3 community healthcare networks Clondalkin, Lucan and Ballyfermot (including Palmerstown / Cherry Orchard and Inchicore).The initial base for these roles will be one of the health centres in / around the Clondalkin area, but will likely move to Ballyfermot / Inchicore after a number of months. Experience of working with adults in the context of primary care, acute care or disability services is preferable. There will be a comprehensive induction likely taking place both in settings in Dublin West, and outside of the area - Tallaght / Kildare health centres, to maximise learning opportunities. The successful candidate will be part of a very supportive, multidisciplinary team as part ofthe waiting list initiative where you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to elderly residents, with a focus onseating and positioning, cognitive assessment, and coordinating activities. This role requires expertise in assessing and addressing the unique needs of elderly individuals, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
