We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Leitrim.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for children with diverse disabilities.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide education, training, and support to families and caregivers.
- Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists and therapy assistants.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative therapeutic programs and services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, family-centered care to children with complex needs.
Requirements
- BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent CORU registered Occupational Therapy qualification.
- CORU registration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with children and young people.
- Full Clean Driving License with use of a car.
