Job Description
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with disabilities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide leadership and guidance to junior therapists, participate in service development, and engage with families and caregivers.
- Deliver assessments and interventions for children with disabilities
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and social workers
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior therapists
- Participate in service development initiatives and quality improvement projects
- Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process
- Manage a varied caseload efficiently
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of therapy services
Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, CORU registration, 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, experience in paediatric or disability services, excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
