Job Description
Empower children with disabilities to achieve their full potential as a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT), delivering high-quality assessments and interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to service development and quality improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with a wide range of disabilities and developmental conditions
Collaborating with physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and social workers
Providing leadership and guidance to junior therapists
Participating in service development initiatives and quality improvement projects
Engaging families and caregivers in the therapeutic process
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
