**Senior Online Merchandise Manager** We are seeking an experienced Senior Online Merchandise Manager to lead our Fashion categories to achieve sales and profit targets. We are one business with two iconic brands, bringing exciting experiences to life through our digital and physical destinations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy to deliver on growth sales and profit targets * Lead a team with various seniority levels and manage their performance * Increase conversion rate across the site by leading a strategy for improved on-site search and navigation and product information architecture * Monitor online stock availability and work with buying and concessions teams to ensure depth and width of range is optimal to achieve sales targets and is profitable for online operations * Research and stay aware of marketing trends and make recommendations to the business around onsite experience, digital technology, and product range * Optimize existing digital tools to optimize search, sorting rules, cross- and upsell, reviews, and relevant content * Drive the trading calendar, including promotional, campaign, and launch moments, and work cross-functionally with support from the Head of Digital Trade **Requirements:** * 5 years e-commerce experience * Experience managing and developing a team * Data-driven approach and strong understanding of commercial drivers to influence digital behavior metrics: traffic, AOV, and conversion * Strong customer experience onsite, in-app, and omni-channel is the key ambition of this role * Strong knowledge of latest online technologies, industry, and competitive landscape * Excellent analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Contributory pension scheme * Competitive annual leave entitlement * Team member discount across the world's most iconic brands * Recognition days for volunteering and wellbeing * Wellbeing initiatives * Extensive learning and development offerings * Leading talent programmes * Flexible working model * Additional benefits
