Senior Operations Analyst | Permanent| Dublin / Hybrid Exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Analyst to join a global investment bank in Dublin. The role will involve managing the timely set-up of client, credit and SSI information across various Capital Market Systems, gaining exposure across a wide number of teams across the bank. The Senior Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of senior stakeholders across the bank, providing a huge amount of exposure and opportunities for skill enrichment. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and manager SSI data in a number of systems for both new and existing clients Carry out counterparty set ups for investment banking customers in a number of systems Manage main inbox, providing timely responses to inquiries and escalating where necessary Ensure a smooth and effective workflow along with exceptional management of data related queries Working within strict SLA/deadlines, consistently achieving Customer Service standards Build strong working relationships, supporting a number of regions and business groups (e.g. Global Counterparty Credit, Enterprise Distribution) Maintain and update procedural documents Assist Manager with team administrative functions as required Participate in ad hoc projects (process improvement, process automation) REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of trading businesses and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services Operations experience beneficial (Settlements, Trade Support, Back / Middle Office). SWIFT experience desirable Advanced Excel skills are essential for the successful applicant Candidate with experience of UIPath or Alteryx regarding process regarding improvement desirable Experience with Python and Bloomberg is an asset Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment with competing priorities Self-motivated and target driven with an ability to solve problems through critical analysis Innovative thinker with the ability to collect analyse and process data Previous experience in Data Management is desirable Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
