Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Executive for a one-year fixed term contract with a strong possibility of a permanent role. The Senior Operations Executive will take an active role in progressing our clients' programme of work for 2024 and 2025. Ideally the incoming candidate will have a professional qualification in a related field e.g. business administration and will bring 7+ years of hands-on operational management experience with them (preferably in a professional services) Key Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to influencing meaningful and lasting culture change. The Senior Operations Executive will contribute actively to culture change: Ensuring timely delivery of the 2024/2025 Programme of Work Managing of service systems to include service development, project management, budget, compliance and evaluation Building innovative resources/training events (online and in-person) for professionals at all stages of the lifecycle Exploring/developing stakeholder collaborations/partnerships to expand and develop service offerings Knowledge & Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate the following knowledge and skills: Hold a relevant third level qualification and/or significant professional experience in business administration/operational leadership/organisational development within the professional services sector Collaborate, collegiate and proactive approach to working within a dynamic Strong communication, presentation, and organisational ability; well- developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with an empathetic and professional Ability to influence stakeholders of the client and in the wider professional community to work towards common Knowledge and interest in prevailing cultural/sectoral At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
