**Senior Operations Manager Role**
Lead a team of professionals in the soft facilities industry, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites in Ireland.

**Job Responsibilities**
• Support business development and retention of existing business
• Efficient financial management of client business within agreed budgets
• Provide clients with financial breakdowns and information as required
• Full P&L responsibilities, including accountability to deliver against company budgets
• Monitor KPI reporting and review contents of client meetings
• Deal effectively with any underpayments
• Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure necessary resources and structures are in place at all sites
**Requirements**
• 2-5 years of experience in the soft facilities industry
• Full clean driver's license
• Proven experience in managing large multi-site and multi-disciplined teams
