Senior Operations Manager - Security
We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager in the Security Division. To lead the Value Stream and Business Unit teams through different improvements and changes in line with best-in-class principles and practices, delivering successful business KPI performance in line with business priorities of EHS, Quality Service and Cost.
- Develop and implement the Operational strategic site objectives.
- Lead and develop Operations staff, ensuring employee development, identifying training needs, stretch assignments and opportunities for development.
- Ensure the Operations Function and Business Unit teams conform to Corporate, Statutory, Legislative and Regulatory requirements for QHSE.
- Ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement and Environmental policy.
- Build and maintain an environment of innovative continuous improvement, focusing on quality, cost reduction, process development and supply.
- Manage expenses and direct labour costs to budget.
- Lead the business transformation programme, ensuring it is embraced and supported.
Requirements:- Previous Operations management experience in security and extensive knowledge operating within a multi-site / service sector environment.
- Security QQI Level 6 or above/ equivalent is desirable for this role.
- Proven track record in delivering effective customer service whilst maintaining appropriate operating margins.
