We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding Outsourced Accounting team, working on bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements for audit exempt clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the work related to bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of periodic management accounts.
- Prepare client-specific management reporting packs, including key performance indicators and business analysis.
- Support and mentor trainees.
- Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Plan and coordinate client requirements within agreed timeframes.
- Manage assignments within budget and resource allocations.
- Optimise opportunities for efficiency gains through process improvements.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification).
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple activities with competing deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
- Excellent planning and organising skills, ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritise work schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and drive to improve quality.
