We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding Outsourced Accounting team, working on bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements for audit exempt clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work related to bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of periodic management accounts.
  • Prepare client-specific management reporting packs, including key performance indicators and business analysis.
  • Support and mentor trainees.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate client requirements within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage assignments within budget and resource allocations.
  • Optimise opportunities for efficiency gains through process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification).
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple activities with competing deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills, ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritise work schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and drive to improve quality.
