Our client,Irelands leading supplier of Heavy Construction Equipment and Machinery are looking for a Senior Parts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Automotive industry and possess a strong understanding of Parts management. As the Senior Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Parts department and coordinating with branches in Galway, Cork, and Northern Ireland. You will manage pricing, margins, and the supply chain, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. This role contains various responsibilities ie. Sales & Procurement, Supply chain/Warehouse, Data Analytics & I.T & People Management. Key responsibilitiesinclude negotiating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and providing parts for both the Automotive and Marine sides of the business. You will work closely with the Service department, Warehouse, and Sales team to drive business growth and meet targets. The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and will receive training on relevant in-house systems. You will lead a team of 6 on site and oversee operations at other branches, reporting directly to the Director.
