- Manage payroll operations across multiple international locations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll operations.
- Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees.
- Prepare and review payroll reports and audits.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
About the Person:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in international payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- IPASS or CIPP qualification is a plus.
