Senior Payroll Specialist Role = Fully on-site Monday-Friday - Permanent position Location = Co. Meath Salary Range = €55-60K as a guide but flexible, depending on experience. Please note that you MUST have EU/EEA/UK citizenship or hold a current valid work visa for Ireland. No Sponsorship considered. As part of the HR Team, you will report directly into the Departmental Head and will be tasked with running the Payroll for over 400+ employees within a busy manufacturing and Production organisation, with International business operations. We are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive, who will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll for all Irish Payroll operations. Role Responsibilities include: Accurate and timely end-to-end processing and delivery of monthly payroll Responsible for ensuring that monthly tax payments and compliance requirements are met for all entities covered by Irish Payroll Providing excellent customer service in responding to, and resolving, all employee payroll queries in an efficient and professional manner Fostering collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders particularly Finance and HR to ensure seamless payroll processing and that all local / regional requirements are met Evaluate payroll processes and procedures for continuous improvement Identify risks/gaps and ensure appropriate controls are in place Comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that a high level of confidentiality is maintained at all times Experience required: Payroll Certification / Qualification (eg. IPASS qualification) Experience in a Senior Payroll position, with the ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Irish taxation and payroll regulations Minimum 4+ years' Payroll processing is preferable Preference for MegaPay software knowledge Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills with thorough attention to detail Team player, professional and proactive approach to work, positive attitude with an ability to communicate across multiple teams Proven ability to work independently with broad range of stakeholders Reliability, integrity & team player attitude is essential within our culture Other Key Terms: Senior Payroll Associate, Senior Payroll Specialist, Lead Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, Megapay software, Mega pay payroll, payrolling software applications, Mega Pay.
