Senior Payroll Specialist - Limerick About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join this payroll bureau team. Key Responsibilities: Implement and process payroll in a busy bureau environment Manage all aspects of payroll, including BIK, share awards, pensions, and statutory deductions Coordinate international payroll processes Handle registrations for starters and leavers Process monthly PAYE submissions via ROS Perform payroll reconciliations using Excel Provide secure payslips for employees Process net pay payments via EFT and online banking Liaise with clients to ensure seamless service delivery Train staff on payroll systems Ideal Candidate: IPASS qualification 3+ years of payroll bureau experience Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Highly proficient in payroll systems (Europay experience is a plus) Enthusiastic and confident team player Committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure Advanced Microsoft Excel skills What We Offer: Join a growing team of payroll experts where youll have opportunities for career development and the chance to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance.
