We see sustainability as every employee’s responsibility and weaving sustainable practices into our values is paramount to the culture we seek to create.Job DescriptionThe Role:As an established Senior P&C Operations BP, you’ll will already have a successful track record in rolling up your sleeves and delivering P&C services within a fast-paced environment. You will also have a depth of experience managing a diverse range of generalist P&C issues and a rewards programmes. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People and culture, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of this fast-growing Renewable company.What you will do: Provide direct strategic and operational insight to key stakeholders on a range of activities including Resource Planning, Performance Management and the employee experience.Foster a positive culture and work environment that promotes employee engagement, EVP and inclusion.Manage the new starters process by liaising with new employees to obtain required information, conducting pre-employment vetting, drafting employment contracts.Manage the probationary process by monitoring review dates and liaising with management.The development and delivery ofP&Cstrategy, policies, and practices, reflecting both up to date employment law and best practice.Take ownership of theP&Csystem ensuring that each employee record remains accurate and that required documents are uploaded correctly e.g., employment contracts, employee letters, leave details, sickness certificates etc.Own and manage the annual performance review process and assist managers with performance reviews. (STIP, LTIP)Manage and monitor all employee benefit schemes, including health insurance, tax saver travel tickets, bike to work scheme, club subscriptions, bonus schemes, death in service etc. Liaise with benefit providers and answer standard employee queries in relation to company benefits.Manage the monthly salary cut-off process by consulting with management to ensure that all changes have been accounted for e.g., starters, leavers, paid / unpaid leave etc.StrongP&CPolicy and Procedure experience with a proven ability in reviewing developing and monitoring procedures to ensure continued compliance with legislative requirements. Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and in line with best practice and legislative regulations.Manage the leavers process by updatingP&Csystem, arranging for the return of company equipment, ensuring employee is removed from payroll etc.Responsible for the collation ofP&Cmetrics and statistical information for mandatory reporting requirements across the division. AnalyseP&Cdata to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Have a positive attitude and sense of humour!Your profileWhat you will need: Third level qualification in a business orP&Crelated disciplineCIPD qualified (desirable) or a relatedP&CqualificationPrevious experience in aP&Crole (minimum 8 years) covering the full employee lifecycleExperience working with aP&CsystemExcellent communication and influencing skills with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detailWhy us? #J-18808-Ljbffr
