About the role: This role will partner with Global & Senior leaders to enable and drive our people strategy. Define and deliver relevant people plans that support the functional agenda, as that agenda evolves. Own and drive initiatives that enhance the culture, capacity and capability required to build engaged high-performing inclusive teams in context of the evolving business landscape of Flutter. Key responsibilities: Strategically partner with senior leaders to deliver their business objectives through their people and talent agenda Deliver the annual cycle of people initiatives to the assigned functional teams as well as developing and executing on tailored people plans and initiatives, which will deliver achievement of business priorities for the functional teams Provide support and guidance to the manager population that equips them to lead engaged high-performing inclusive teams Support the execution of group people projects and initiatives that are identified as part of People Strategy Strategically partner with business leaders to design and deliver on organisation design, workforce planning and changes initiatives designed to ensure that functional structures enable the achievement of their strategies Collaborate with relevant HR centres of excellence and other relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle Build strong relationships across with relevant stakeholder groups across the evolving landscape of our divisions, brands and locations across Flutter Develop manager capability through coaching, challenge and development interventions Effectively embed core people processes across the employee lifecycle and encompassing reward & recognition, engagement, talent, performance and DEI to deliver on strategic people priorities Use people analytics and insights to inform, monitor and assess our decisions and initiatives Ensure compliance with and continually optimise our HR processes and policies Skills & Experience: 8+ years’ strategic HR business partnering experience, preferably within a global organisation Proven experience building close and effective relationships with senior global leaders / functional leaders and leadership teams Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to coach and challenge senior stakeholders Ability to translate business strategy into tailored people plans and initiatives, which will deliver performance and achievement of business priorities Demonstrated success working across multiple functional teams to drive results Proven experience of advising, supporting and executing on organisational design changes as well as transformation projects Ability to multi tasks and prioritise own work as well as that work of others Team player with the ability to work on own initiative Some business travel as required (UK/ Europe) Strong commerciality We’re working to be an inclusive employer, and we encourage people from all backgrounds, ways of thinking and working to apply.
