Senior People Partner We are delighted to be partnering with a revolutionary start-up organisation aiming to transform the healthcare sector. The Senior People Partner will join a high performing team working together to achieve their huge goals. The important bits: Hybrid - 3 days onsite based in Dublin 9 Salary: plus 10% bonus (company performance) Pension: 8% employer contribution without any requirement for employee to contribute Benefits: 6000E VHI Health Insurance contribution, 25 days holiday, Income protection, life insurance, EVP, share rewards (linked to funding), active health and social. The role: This will be an individual contributor role, reporting directly into SLT, and will be responsible for leading the development, and roll-out of HR programmes and processes. This is a blended role with a 60:40 mix between HR Strategy & Project/Initiatives with HR day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include: Lead and advise on all facets of Employee Experience including talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Lead key HR initiatives & projects, including L&D in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Implement strategic plans, and ensuring alignment across the business. Act as first point of contact on HR queries from the business. Requirements: 10+ years HR experience, with 5+ operating at a senior level. High level of credibility with proven experience working with SLT. Ability to operate strategically and operationally. Comfortable working in a standalone HR capacity within an early phase business.
