Benefits may vary by role and are subject to specific terms and conditions.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Identify project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Update and adjust project schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.Allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to various project tasks.Monitor and adjust resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.Prepare detailed cost estimates for different phases of the project.Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions to address budget variances.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Facilitate effective communication among project team members.Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5 years of experience in construction planning and project management.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
