Senior Planning Consultant sought to lead and manage projects, contribute to planning applications and appeals, and conduct research in a dynamic and commercially focused environment.
The Company is a leading Town Planning consultancy practice with a strong presence in Ireland, London, and Edinburgh, providing strategic advice across various development sectors.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage own projects, contributing to planning applications and appeals.
- Prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions.
- Conduct in-depth research and drive projects forward with strategic insight and professional expertise.
About You:
- Hold an IPI or RTPI accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
- Have at least 4 years of postgraduate professional experience within Ireland.
- Be ambitious, commercially minded, and detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Core Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a car for work-related travel.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet strict deadlines.
