**Senior Platform Engineer** Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure As Code (IAC) for cloud-based data platforms, working with agile delivery teams to engineer high-quality solutions. **Job Description** As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the Infra As Code ecosystem underpinning our cloud-based data platform. You will enable our CI/CD pipelines to build complex data flows and processes, help support monitoring and telemetry for data pipelines and APIs, and implement security tools and standard processes to ensure a secure environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, and manage Infra As Code ecosystem • Enable CI/CD pipelines to build complex data flows and processes • Support monitoring and telemetry for data pipelines and APIs • Implement security tools and standard processes • Advocate and drive automation • Continuously improve system architecture • Stay informed about latest developments in Data and Cloud Platforms **Requirements** • 7+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer managing Infra As Code for cloud-based data platforms • Deep technical knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Architecture, preferably AWS • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform/OpenTofu or equivalent • Experience with DevOps tools & technologies such as Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Docker, and Kubernetes • Proficiency in any scripting language such as Python or Groovy • Solid experience in working with Kafka ecosystem and Apache Nifi **Nice to Have** • Knowledge of Cloudera CDP and its components • Good knowledge of managing REST APIs • Understanding and knowledge of AI infrastructure required to support Large Language Models (LLMs) • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing • Understanding of networking concepts and security concepts **About the Team** Our growing Data Solutions Engineering team provides engineering services for the Group's Operational Data store, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Enterprise Data Lake.
