Job Summary: Experienced Senior/Principal Engineer sought for gas and utilities projects, including design, development, and client liaison.
We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering to join our Gas and Utilities team. As a Senior/Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, contributing to project delivery, and providing technical expertise to clients.
About the Role:
- Design and Development: Lead design teams in the production of design reports and construction packs, and contribute to the delivery of gas energy projects at all levels.
- Client Liaison: Provide professional, proactive, and efficient service to clients, including presenting design reports for review and discussion.
- Technical Expertise: Develop enduring design solutions in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements, assess design hazards, and provide technical input and advice to clients.
- Innovation and Sustainability: Explore opportunities for innovation and sustainability in all aspects of our design.
About You:
- 5-10 years of postgraduate experience in the energy or gas sectors.
- Experience in the design of energy/utilities infrastructure.
- Experience of the design of gas infrastructure in Ireland or elsewhere.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Level 8 degree in Engineering.
- Hold a clean driving licence.
