Job Description

**Senior Process Engineer** **Optimize production systems and technologies, manage projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, and drive automation efforts in a high-volume production environment.** Lets Get Checked is a global healthcare solutions company that provides tools to manage health from home through health testing, virtual care, genetic sequencing, and medication delivery for a wide range of health and wellness conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Process Optimization & Automation:** * Edit and update work plans and work instructions to continuously improve production systems and automate assembly processes. * Plan, implement, and integrate new automated assembly systems in line with company principles and project timelines. * Analyze manufacturing workflows to increase equipment availability and overall production efficiency. * **Project Management:** * Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing systems, workstations, and equipment following modern lean manufacturing principles. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to develop and execute manufacturing concepts for customer-specific products. * Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. * **Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:** * Initiate, conduct, and lead continuous improvement (CIP) measures, from idea generation to implementation, with a focus on optimizing service levels. * Conduct work and time studies to drive efficiency improvements. * Implement Kaizen activities and lean management techniques across manufacturing operations. * **Compliance & Quality Control:** * Support the creation and revision of process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), production control plans, and plant layout designs. * Develop assembly and production flow diagrams to align with industry requirements. * Identify and address quality issues by reviewing and improving manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality yield enhancement, and efficiency. * **Validation & Documentation:** * Prepare validation test reports and documentation to ensure that all processes meet company standards and customer requirements. * Create and maintain validation planning documentation and support User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new projects. * Develop functional design specifications and define process aid equipment needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). * Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on automation, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment. * Editing work instructions and developing process design for New Product Introduction (NPI). * Conducting time measurement studies for process optimization and ratio execution. * Preparing functional design specifications and addressing quality issues in manufacturing. * Leading Kaizen activities and applying lean management principles for continuous process improvement. * Budgeting and managing project resources, timelines, and deliverables. * Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (CIP, Kaizen, MTM, REFA). * Strong understanding of industry standards and requirements. * Experience with process FMEA, production control plans, and plant layout development. * Ability to plan and integrate automated assembly systems. * Strong analytical skills with experience in process validation and documentation. **Benefits:** * Alongside base salary of €50,000 - €60,000, we offer a range of benefits including: * Health insurance and an Employee Assistance Programme * Pension matching contribution * Annual Compensation Reviews * After 90 days you will be eligible to avail of Flexible Annual Leave where you are not restricted to a specific number of holiday days / annual leave * Free monthly Lets Get Checked tests * A referral bonus programme to reward you for helping us hire the best talent * Internal Opportunities and Careers Clinics to help you progress your career within the company * Bike to work scheme - and secure bike storage onsite * Maternity, Paternity, Parental and Wedding leave
