Senior Process Engineer
Experienced Process Engineer with expertise in project management and execution, leading teams and delivering projects in the Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Process Design Team to achieve project deliverables
- Develop process solutions for new NPIs and new projects
- Perform process calculations, including hydraulic calculations and relief device sizing
- Interface with client design teams and end users
- Deliver agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule
- Lead Technical and Safety reviews
- Design process and utilities, including preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations
- Coordinate design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in API Design / Operation (an advantage)
- Awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management
- Significant design experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
