You will play a crucial role at Abbott, helping people live more fully at all stages of their lives. Our colleagues have a daily impact on the life of people in over 160 countries. The Abbott Diabetes Care division manufactures blood glucose test strips and sensors for diabetes management. You will manage a team of Process Leaders, ensuring safe and effective products while maintaining compliance. You will be an excellent communicator, working with many departments and external entities to accomplish goals. This is an evening shift role, Monday to Friday. Your main responsibilities include ensuring manufacturing schedules are met, problem-solving plant and equipment issues, and achieving productivity, quality, and cost objectives. You will also contribute to the creation of Work Instructions and Operations procedures, complete Performance Excellence Assessments, and contribute to Exception Reports. Your qualifications should include a third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or Business, and 5 years of experience in a similar environment. Supervisory experience is preferred.
