We're seeking a Sr. Process Engineering Manager to lead the start-up of our European manufacturing site in Athenry. As a key member of the Manufacturing Operations team, you will oversee process development, product transfer, and process improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiencies. You will manage resources, provide strategic direction, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma principles.
