**Experienced Process Safety Consultant Wanted** A seasoned Process Safety Consultant is sought to lead complex projects in the Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, utilizing expertise in process design and hazard analysis to ensure regulatory compliance. **Overview** PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with a global presence. We deliver complex capital projects across various sectors, including life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors. **Responsibilities** • Chair Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and lead reviews of process safety deliverables • Write Explosion Protection Documents (EPDs) and Hazardous Area Classifications (HACs) • Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and consequence modeling using DNV-Phast software • Execute process safety calculations and generate project Basis of Safety (BoS) reports • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and multidiscipline engineering colleagues to resolve process safety issues **Qualifications** • Degree in Process/Chemical engineering or equivalent • Chartered or working towards Chartered Status • Minimum 15 years' experience in process design, with over 20 years preferred • Excellent knowledge of process safety engineering, management, and Irish and EU health & safety legislation • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Experience with clients, standards, and legislation from Europe and the USA is an advantage
