**Process Safety Consultant** A seasoned Process Safety Consultant is sought to lead and deliver process safety deliverables on large-scale projects across various sectors, including Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing. **Overview** PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm with a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US. Our Vision is to be a highly valued and creative delivery partner, building a more sustainable world with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Chair Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) reviews, including HAZID, Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), LOPA (SIL), etc. * Write Explosion Protection Documents (EPD) * Generate Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) – ATEX/DSEAR assessments * Complete Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), including Seveso (COMAH)/Safety Report Preparation - Consequence Modelling, Toxic Dispersion/Fire/Explosion Modelling * Execute Process Safety Calculations, including Pressure Relief Device (PRD) / Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) Sizing * Generate project Basis of Safety (BoS) reports * Collaborate with clients, equipment vendors and multidiscipline engineering colleagues to resolve process safety issues **Qualifications** * Minimum 15 years' experience in process design, working on PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment sizing and PRD calculations * Excellent awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management * Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills * Excellent knowledge of Irish and EU health & safety legislation * Design experience with clients, standards & legislation from Europe and the USA is an advantage
