Job Summary: Engineering Team Member
Support the Operations team and wider business group by providing daily engineering support, working with multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in fundamental processes within the integrated warehouse management system and automated picking systems.
- Support the operations daily sustaining activities, ensuring that the WMS performs to, and exceeds established targets.
- Work as part of a dynamic and multi-discipline team to deliver a robust testing solution.
- Identify potential improvements to the WMS and associated processes.
- Business and operational analysis (Capacity, efficiency, performance, etc).
Requirements
- Minimum Honors Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 4-5 years prior Process engineering experience preferably in a mentoring role.
- Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage.
- Lean six sigma qualification an advantage.
