A Senior Manager will lead and develop a team of category managers in the EMEA data centre construction space. The ideal candidate has strong people management skills, experience in developing teams, and supply chain and procurement skills.
Key responsibilities include managing a procurement team, delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and innovating procurement policies and processes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing teams and driving people performance to meet business objectives, and must be charismatic, a strong people leader, and strategic thinker. They must also be able to work under pressure and with significant autonomy.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The team supports all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include 6+ years' experience in a Procurement organization managing a team, strong business judgement, instincts, and organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include experience in data centers, engineering or construction procurement, and proven ability to implement procurement strategies globally.
