**Senior Procurement Manager for Data Center Sourcing and Procurement EMEA** Lead a team of category managers in the EMEA data centre construction space, developing and implementing category strategies to drive cost savings and improve procurement function efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage a Procurement Team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Develop goals, mechanisms, and metrics to track team performance related to productivity and performance • Build strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders • Innovate procurement policies, processes, and systems • Project Manage change initiatives and deliver impactful business changes • Prepare Business Review Documents for Senior Leadership • Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Deliver cost savings through various cost reduction mechanisms • Analyze category data and metrics to drive Procurement category strategies **Requirements:** • 6+ years' experience in a Procurement organization managing a team • Strong people manager that can drive team productivity and performance • Strong business judgement, instincts, and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience in data centres, engineering, or construction procurement • Experience with creating Procurement systems and tools • Proven ability to implement procurement strategies globally • Masters degree in Engineering, Procurement & Supply chain or relevant business discipline **About the Role:** As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of category managers in the EMEA data centre construction space.
