SquareSpace is seeking a skilled Internationalization Product Manager to lead the development of products and solutions for customers in target markets around the world.

Key Responsibilities • Establish a shared vision for the Internationalization team and define a medium and long-term strategy that informs prioritization • Partner with product teams to ensure roadmap deliver on shared business objectives with qualitative and quantitative validation tactics throughout the product life cycle • Develop an understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing • Guide product development from conception to launch, focusing on products and solutions needed for customers in target markets to be successful • Track important health and success metrics relevant to the i18n team Requirements • 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with internationalization & localization efforts • Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with Product partners and other leaders across the organization • Deep technical fluency • Empathy for product teams that you serve • Experience leading successful products in an Agile environment
