As a seasoned product manager, you will lead the Internationalization team, driving strategy and product development to meet the needs of customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a shared vision for the Internationalization team and define a medium and long-term strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product roadmap aligns with business objectives
- Guide product development from conception to launch, ensuring a reliable and scalable platform
- Develop an understanding of customers through research, data analysis, and usability testing
- Track key health and success metrics for the i18n team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with internationalization & localization efforts
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with Product partners and other leaders
- Deep technical fluency and empathy for product teams
- Experience leading successful products in Agile environments
