Lead from a production perspective assigned production areas, instilling and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Ensure compliance with 5 S and good housekeeping practices, and implement effective cross-training and job rotation for Production Operators. Participate in the interviewing and selection process for new and existing employees, and support the submission of Safety Good Catches. Collaborate with other departmental leads to ensure scheduling of R&D projects and new product introductions meet customer requirements. Adhere to Plant Safety and Health & Safety requirements, ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others.
