Seeking a Senior Production Manager to oversee production facility operations, manage productivity and quality metrics, and provide regular progress reports to management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage activities pertaining to the production of products and/or manufacturing processes, leveraging manufacturing/technical knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews, including resolving performance issues.
- Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff.
- Provide regular progress reports and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Responsible for scheduling of works to maximize machine usage and meet delivery targets.
- Oversee the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics.
- Monitor raw material usage and availability required in daily production.
- Monitor material and labor variances to meet established standards and KPIs.
