A senior production manager is required to oversee a manufacturing facility, responsible for productivity, quality, and scheduling of works to meet delivery targets and manage a team to achieve established standards and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing production activities, conducting performance reviews, and resolving performance issues
- Providing regular progress reports and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Overseeing the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics
- Monitoring raw material usage and availability required in daily production
- Monitoring material and labor variances to meet established standards and KPIs
