Senior Technical Program Manager: Define, plan, and execute the optimization of Personio's lead to cash ecosystem with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading technical programs
- Technical leading cross-organizational and multi-workstream programs
- Experience working in Lead to Cash ecosystems and Agile Scrum delivery
- Proven leader with experience presenting to executive leadership
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the optimization of Personio's lead to cash ecosystem
- Plan and deliver complex cross-company systems based programs
- Align systems team and business stakeholders to core objectives
- Lead program and project teams building next generation lead to cash ecosystem
