Job Description
This role involves overseeing the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Define project scopes and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Lead and promote continuous improvements throughout projects.
- Manage project risks and utilise team members in mitigation techniques.
Key requirements include:
- 5 years' experience as a director programme manager or 8 years' experience in project management with evidence of direct management of several large teams/complex projects.
- Excellent understanding of ERP/Technology project management principles.
- PMP or Prince2 qualification required.
- Additional certifications advantageous.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
