Job Description

This role involves overseeing the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

• Define project scopes and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Lead and promote continuous improvements throughout projects.
• Manage project risks and utilise team members in mitigation techniques.

Key requirements include:

• 5 years' experience as a director programme manager or 8 years' experience in project management with evidence of direct management of several large teams/complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of ERP/Technology project management principles.
• PMP or Prince2 qualification required.
• Additional certifications advantageous.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
