This Semi -State Organisation is seeking a Senior Project Accountant for their Infrastructure Management Department. This role in Dublin 8, offering hybrid working arrangements in line with the company's Remote Working policy. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the financial control requirements of the Infrastructure Manager's Business. Handle project budgetary control, periodic reporting, financial planning, and forecast management. Oversee project controls, contract management, and funding cash flow management. Ensure the preparation of high-quality, timely, and consistent financial reports for internal and external use. Work closely with various engineering and operations teams within the department. Key Skills and Requirements Professional Accounting Qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Proven IT Skills Proficiency in Excel and SAP (FI/CO, MM). Experience in Project Accounting Specifically Infrastructure Project Accounting. Understanding of project expenditure, including accruals, retentions, and cash flow. Knowledge of contracts and contract variations, and the procurement to invoice process. Ability to work to strict timelines with a strong delivery/execution focus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for analytical and commercial thinking. Benefits Competitive salary range of €83k to €86k per annum. Hybrid working arrangements, as per company's Remote Working policy. 36-hour workweek with a fixed-term contract initially leading to permanency.
