Senior Project Controls Manager: Lead Performance and Reporting for Metro Link Project

As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will lead the reporting team and performance within the PMO function for the Metro Link project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Review and development of a performance and reporting framework, including processes, procedures, systems, and controls
- Leadership in performance and reporting throughout the delivery of Metro Link, ensuring compliance with the performance and reporting framework
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and overseeing the capture of programme data and performance reporting
- Embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best practice reporting to drive high-performing programme delivery and key success metrics
You will be responsible for managing the PMO and project controls performance on assigned commissions, creating and designing effective implementation of PMO and project controls framework/strategy, and managing and directing clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Key requirements include:
- Relevant university degree in construction, engineering, project administration, or equivalent
- Experience of effective PMO and project controls leadership on complex construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome
