Senior Project Controls Manager: Lead Performance and Reporting for Metro Link Project

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting team and performance within the PMO function
- Develop and implement a performance and reporting framework, including processes, procedures, systems, and controls
- Provide leadership in performance and reporting throughout the delivery of Metro Link, ensuring compliance with the performance and reporting framework
- Ensure high-quality reporting deliverables and associated performance analysis, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Embed a focus on continuous improvement and best practice reporting to drive high-performing programme delivery and key success metrics
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in construction, engineering, project administration, or equivalent
- Experience in effective PMO and project controls leadership on complex construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome
