PM Group now has an opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on site with one of our biotechnology client's, they are based in Dublin. The purpose of this role is to provide project management and engineering support for projects within operations for the new vial fill line. Responsibilities Manage the full project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to project completion. Project engineer and manage biotech manufacturing projects. Influence and lead cross functional teams to deliver their projects. Manage continuous improvement applied to project management. Manage all GMP change control. Engage with site SMEs and managers along with global functions. Communicate, influence and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams. Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. Identify gaps / risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place. Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. Employ project management techniques and Problem Solving. Provides leadership, guidance, and advice in field of project management. Resolve any issues effectively. Always ensure compliance to cGMP. Ensure safety & compliance standards are maintained to the highest standards. Qualifications 5 years plus experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment. Relevant Degree and / or Masters' or equivalent. Experience in project engineering and management in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility. The ability to influence and lead cross functional teams to deliver their projects. The ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways to ensure project delivery Experience with or knowledge of MES and EMBR projects Experience with or knowledge of validation of Aseptic Filling Lines A passion for continuous improvement applied to project management. Ideally have Project Engineering in Aseptic Filling Line Operations, MES / EMBR, Validation, Greenfield / Brownfield start-ups. MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.
