Job Description:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Manage projects from start to finish, including project planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements using lean/six sigma tools
- Manage and maintain project documentation and records
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Good understanding of product and process design
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a talented team
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience with lean/six sigma tools
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational, presentation, and project management skills
