Project Engineer / Senior Automation EngineerLocation: Blanchardstown, IrelandEmployment type: Full time, permanent Frankland Automation are recruiting for a leading global provider of comprehensive automation solutions and services with over 1,400 staff and $365M in revenue, spread across 17 offices worldwide. This position is based at their Irish offices, focusing on the development and implementation of process automation systems on projects across Ireland and the EU.Ideal Candidate:Professional level English (C1, C2, or Native)Engineering Degree (MBO, HBO, MS, or BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in automationDeep understanding of control system design and codingKey Responsibilities:Lead technical aspects of projects with small to medium-sized teamsAssist the Project Manager in identifying scope changes and developing change ordersTranslate functional requirements into system configurationsDesign control system networks and control strategiesAct as a technical contact for clientsProgram controllers and configure automation equipmentSelect automation equipment and instrumentationDesign electrical control cabinets with CAD technician supportTest system configurations to verify functionalityTravel to client sites for project meetings and system verificationIf you'd like to learn more or apply, please reach out to me (Michael Frankland) with a copy of your CV at mf@franklandautomation.com.Frankland Automation is a global search and selection firm specializing in the industrial automation industry.
