Senior Project Manager (Client Side) This Senior Project Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead major capital projects in healthcare settings in Galway City. As a client-facing position, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and healthcare personnel, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and to the highest standards. Role: Provide professional, technical, and project management services for major capital projects in healthcare settings. Manage project briefs, ensuring all stakeholders understand the project requirements. Oversee the consultation process, regulatory compliance, and contractor procurement. Control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Lead equipping/commissioning teams and maintain maintenance plans for new buildings. Requirements: Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civils Engineering, Construction Management or chartership with RICS/SCSI. 5+ Years Experience with a leading Consultancy, Developer or Main Contractor. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
