Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as a Project Manager with a principal contractor.
- Proven track record of overseeing projects from early construction stage to handover.
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software.
- Solid expertise in budgeting and financial management.
