**Senior Project Manager** A highly experienced Senior Project Manager is required to lead complex projects in the life sciences, food, and advanced manufacturing sectors. **Job Description** PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with a network of offices in Europe, Asia, and the US. We deliver complex, capital projects in various sectors, including life sciences, food, and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Establish project objectives and ensure goals and timelines are achieved • Execute projects via PM Group's Quality and Management systems • Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery • Develop and implement project execution strategies • Establish project resource requirements and lead the project team • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations • Develop and maintain project budgets • Manage development of project plans and schedules • Provide project status updates and reports **Requirements** • A minimum of 15 years' experience in project management/engineering of large capital projects • Excellent record in Health and Safety • A third-level degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or similar • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills • Good understanding and experience of project controls and governance through the full project lifecycle **Advantages** • Advanced qualification in Project Management • Opportunity to work on global projects with international teams • Inclusive and diverse work environment • Commitment to mutual respect and belonging • Recognition as a world leader in the life sciences, food, and advanced manufacturing sectors
