This includes managing client input and feedback for all projects with detailed directions and timelines, proactively remaining connected to clients and the market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged, managing and coaching the internal team, managing day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships, fulfilling demand and onboarding team members, and managing portfolio profitability.
