Prosource Group is recruiting a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a reputable consultancy firm specialising in program management, financial and project controls, and project management.
This role will be based out of Dublin, working closely with large multinationals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetary restraints.

Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and provide expert guidance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate project teams and subcontractors to optimize project efficiency.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years of senior-level experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
